Welcome to freezoneit ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the freezoneit mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use freezoneit. By using our app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our app, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Share your account credentials with others
• Transfer your account to another person
• Use another person's account without permission

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree to use freezoneit in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree NOT to:

• Harassment or Bullying: Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any user
• Hate Speech: Post content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
• Spam: Post repetitive, unwanted, or unsolicited content
• Fake News: Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Inappropriate Content: Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Copyright Violations: Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal Activities: Use the app for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities

4.2 Respectful Behavior

• Be respectful and kind to other community members
• Respect different opinions and viewpoints
• Report inappropriate content using the report feature
• Follow all community guidelines and rules

5. Content Moderation

5.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor, review, and moderate all user-generated content
• Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Take legal action against users who violate these Terms

5.2 Reporting Content

Users can report objectionable content through the in-app reporting feature. We commit to reviewing reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing the reported content
• Warning the user who posted the content
• Temporarily suspending the user's account (1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days)
• Permanently banning the user from the platform

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on freezoneit. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, and display your content within the app
• Modify your content as necessary to provide our services
• Distribute your content to other users of the app

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to post the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Premium and Elite Subscriptions

freezoneit offers Premium and Elite subscription plans that provide access to additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Apple's payment terms and conditions for in-app purchases

7.2 Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

The freezoneit app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create derivative works based on our app

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon termination, your access to the app will be immediately revoked.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable)
• Abuse or misuse our services

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that our app will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects.

10.2 Content Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. You use the app and its content at your own risk.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless freezoneit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the app

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you a notification through the app (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which freezoneit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
